We operate a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Package damaged on delivery
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery (shock, tear, opening, etc.), the customer must make specific reservations on the carrier's delivery slip, then notify us within 48 hours by email to contact@my-podologie.com by attaching photos of the package and the products concerned.
In the absence of specific reservations (simple mentions "subject to unpacking" or "damaged package" not admissible), no claim linked to damage during transport can be taken into account.
Damaged products in an intact package
In the event that the package appears intact upon delivery but one or more products are found to be damaged or non-compliant after opening, the customer has a period of 48 days after receipt to notify us of the anomaly, providing clear photos of the product and the packaging.
After this period, no complaints can be accepted, in accordance with the carrier liability rules and our internal after-sales service processing conditions.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and credits
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if a credit has been approved. If your return is validated, a credit will be issued to your customer account in the form of a gift card that can be used on your next purchases.

For information, no returns will be accepted if the products are not in their original packaging, if they are defective, or if they have already been used.
After validation of your return request from us, we will send you the procedure. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging otherwise they will not be refunded. Any product returned incomplete or damaged cannot be returned without our exceptional consent.
Shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The consumable products are notneither returned nor exchanged. They do not count towards the 14-day legal withdrawal period in accordance with the regulations in force.

My Podiatry is committed to you repay by creditwithin 14 days of receipt of your return if the products are returned in perfect condition.
