Certain items from our store may be offered to you in the form of subscription, pre-order or trial before purchase. This cancellation policy specifies how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.
Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you have selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each such delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit when ordering, store your payment method, and then make full payment or the remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order, which has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full and partial refund. See our returns policy for full details on returns and refunds.
Test before purchase
When you order a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once the deadline has expired, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
