Free shipping
Delivery in mainland France is free from 100€ of orders weighing less than 30Kg. Excluding Corsica, French coastal islands and mountain areas. If you have any questions on this subject, do not hesitate to contact our sales department.
Preparation and shipping times
The preparation time for your order is 24 working hours. The average delivery time is 24/48 hours depending on the mode of transport chosen. Any order placed before 4 p.m. may be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day or two days after, Monday to Friday. As part of its environmental policy, My Podologie may ship your orders in recycled boxes. All of our shipments are tracked by a number issued by the carrier (DPD, Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.) and available in the online customer area.
Receipt of your order
Please note, it is up to the customer to check the condition of the package and the conformity of the goods upon delivery. If a package is damaged and the customer does not express reservations upon receipt, we will not be able to do anything with the carrier. In the case of an opened or damaged package, the customer must make reservations with the carrier at the time of receipt or refuse the package. In the absence of a complaint within this 1 working day period, the products will be considered as delivered compliant and accepted by the customer.
Delivery choice
Click & Collect
You can choose to collect your order directly from our premises in Tyrosse. Simply place an order on our site and confirm the “Click & Collect” delivery choice. After confirmation from customer service, you will be able to pick up your order within the usual time frame of 2 hours from Monday to Friday. This delivery choice is free regardless of the amount of your order.
Delivery to Pick-up relay or post office
Thanks to our carrier DPD, a brand of the La Poste group, you can opt for delivery to a Pick-up relay or post office. You can directly choose the relay from the list proposed near your address during the validation process of your order.
Delivery to your door
For delivery directly to the door of your practice or home, we have the choice between DPD Classic or DHL delivery.
International delivery
My Podiatry can deliver to you anywhere in the world. Note that shipping costs will be calculated at the time of validation of your order and upon quote. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service to obtain the most accurate calculation possible when placing your order. Please note that we cannot under any circumstances guarantee delivery times, especially customs delays which can be very long depending on the country and time of year. The buyer must comply with all laws governing the importation of goods into the destination country.
Customs and administrative fees may be charged upon receipt of the goods by the carrier.
